Every time you call up QP surgery, the first thing you have to encounter is extremely rude reception staff, they are arrogant, unhelpful and seem to think they are in control of your treatment. Without any knowledge of what you may be going through they make decisions as if they are the doctors,, trying there best to get rid of you. They are there to book appointments and take messages, not tell you no to this and no to that. This feedback is for QP and not honeysuckle way as they are very polite there. | ||||||

The fact that the doctors we had been with all our life was closing was devasting to us. We applied to Honeysuckle practise more for location and parking than any other reason. The doctor there acquired my husband suffering from polymyalgia following a hand operation and taking steroids which needed monitoring closely. During his first appointment he immediately felt reassured as the doctor was obviously professional but also seemed genuinely interested and caring. He now has his health complety under control and feels this is totally due to the doctor. I have recently been unwell and on visiting the doctor he immediately arranged appointments for me to be monitored over the weekend and ,I feel, went over and above. As a consequence I left feeling a lot less concerned than when I went in. All in all we feel that the moving of doctors, although forced on us, has been an excellent move and secretly wish it had happened years ago. I also must stress that the reception staff there are always polite and again go over and above to help. | ||||||

I do not attend this Surgery but I have been there with a friend recently and both times the Receptionist has been off hand and rude, really not interested.Why would you employ someone like that to deal with people that are unwell..shocking! | ||||||
