My experience was totally positive. No wait and the doctor was attentive, honest, well informed and really helped me. The prescription worked brilliantly and am hoping to totally recover in time.I actually had a longer interview because no one was waiting. Totally positive experience. | ||||||

I want to leave a very nice comment to the lady receptionist.Every time when she is at the desk she is extremely helpful and pleasant,comparing with the others unfortunately .I think this surgery should revise the attitude of some receptionists there and they should learn from this receptionist's attitude how to deal with patients. | ||||||

Had nothing but issues with this practice. I would definitely agree with the rude and unhelpful staff as others have complained about. There is no onsite parking - there are 4 spaces but they are taken with staff normally- and a disabled space that blocks the way out. Had several incidents with us and our children where incorrect diagnosis / treatment was given one of which led to our 2 year old having to go to hospital for treatment. Very disappointed. We have all moved surgery to Kings street where the service is brilliant and they have more than 1 full time doctor ! Many of our friends have moved too as the service is so poor. | ||||||
