I’ve used the walk in centre twice in the last month. Both times I found the receptionists to be happy, friendly and helpful. The doctors were very professional, caring and listened to me. I have nothing but praise for this excellent facility. |

Can't get an appointment at all. No pre-booking. Told to phone 8am tonget an appointment. I phone at 8am and I'm number 26. Then when finally get through none left. Ever since cocid this place has gone down hill and getting worse every week. A massive let down to the NHS |

Great service from the Walk in Centre today. Heart sank when I walked in to a full waiting room but was quickly checked in by enthusiastic and cheerful member of staff. While I waited I listened to both receptionists as they dealt with numerous patients. They were friendly and helpful. Got seen by a GP from my own practice (random piece of luck there) and found him easy to talk to. He also offered to arrange a follow up after dealing with my more urgent issue. Ok, I did have to wait a couple of hours but in the current climate, with the huge pressures on NHS services, I would say that overall I got good service. |
