I have been at Goldington Road surgery since 1970. But since the merger the service Deparys offer is terrible. We the patients are paying these people to care for us. They have approx. 38000 patients registered at Deparys group and they get from the government £155 each year per person. That's a whopping £5,890,000. Surely the could offer us a better service. Mind you the best GPS have just left ( Danny & Mary Fenske) they had obviously had enough of the disorganisation this practise now offers and they took early retirement. You can't get through on the phone, when you do, you can't get an appointment, if you get an appointment, it's via telephone from any old doctor that is difficult to understand, they don't review medication properly and they certainly don't read patient notes before they talk to you. And Even when you contact the office with enquiries no-one emails back. The best way to contact them is with a good old fashioned Letter via the POST. Come on Deparys pull your socks up and start putting in some systems that help us patients. I think you have too many registered patients at you practise and you just can't cope. BUT YOU LIKE THE MONEY THE GOVERNMENT ARE PAYING YOU THOUGH. |
