The surgery has gone downhill fast since joining the other two surgeries Try getting an appointment to see a doctor is a joke!!! I phoned at 08.30 waited 45 minutes re answer no appointments left. Can I book k an appointment for next week answer no appointments until early December??? Question How do you get an appointment then ? No reply Answer go to Putnoe Walk in centre, when I live only streets away from King Strret!!! My animals get a better service at vets than people in Kempston get at King Street Surgery | ||||||

I have had a asthma episode this morning and wanted to speak to a doctor to check my chest incase it’s more serious. The receptionist told me to sit quietly and wait till the afternoon for an emergency appointment and then proceeded to hang up the phone quickly. Is this the type of service I pay my tax for? I haven’t gone to the doctors in a while and this is the reason why. I understand you are busy but you’re supposed to help those struggling out with their conditions. I am struggling to breathe still and my chest is hurting but I will have to find another way for someone to check my chest as this surgery has let me down again. Terrible service and the older lady who is the receptionist has ruined my day. | ||||||
