I booked a appointment with the Nurse, when I arrived for my appointment the surgery was closed.
I was not told that my appointment was at the other surgery, I have now had to re book.
The Nurse needs urgent training on how to talk to people with respect, all of my family have had cause to complain as she is so rude, always complaining that she is busy, never apologising for the delay ( over an hour ) complaining that " you could do this yourself". | ||||||

Every time my children have needed to see the nurse for vaccinations we are waiting for an hour or more. Today I was made to wait to see the nurse for 1 HOUR and 20 mins with my 1 year old and 4 year in their boiling hot waiting room. My mum had to take my daughter to school for me as we were waiting for so long.This is a totally unacceptable amount of time to be waiting with a young child. Not once did the receptionist or the nurse apologise for the delay. When I eventually was seen by the nurse she was extremely rude telling me not to do certain things I felt would comfort my son during his vaccinations. Her attitude is awful not just on this occasion but all of them. I will be leaving this surgery. | ||||||
