The reception staff are the worst I've EVER come across. So rude. They..not one of them would get away with it if not behind the counter or playing god with the appointments. I hear you ask why don't you report the issues with the practice manager?? I have done , obviously made no difference at all. I have many health issues and have had to go to a&e due to no available appointments yet again. Quite honestly I think I would rather sit at the hospital than beg receptionists for an appointment. How sad is that. And they wonder why there are so many waiting at a&e. Most are probably from swanwood no doubt. Once you get past the reception staff the GPs are usually very good. | ||||||

Having changed doctors recently I have got to say if you are patient at this surgery you would be in for a shock if you left. My new surgery is amazing! Patients are treated with care and compassion. I honestly had no idea doctors and nurses could be so wonderful. Thank you Applewood for showing me how one of a kind awful you are as a practice. | ||||||

All I can say is do GPs and management know how rude and disagreeable the reception staff are.??? I doubt it. | ||||||
