There is a very offputting and slightly hostile message to listen too before you can even get near the booking system. It goes on for a very long time - about how short staffed they are (!) and how difficult it all is for them. If you feel unwell it’s fairly desperate listening to this. |

I have found the waiting times on my phone to get an appointment ridiculous and the on line appointments never work. Even once I get an appointment, I sit in the waiting room well over my appointment time. This needs to be looked at. On a positive note, the Doctors have always been helpful and pleasant once I have got to see them. If I need to see a Doctor waiting two weeks isn’t acceptable, something needs to be done!. Over prescribed and understaffed surgery. Stop taking new patient she if you can’t deliver a service. |

I was very impressed with my visits to see the doctor. I was listened to carefully and taken seriously with my concerns. I am very grateful that the doctor sent me for the tests that I needed and for her professionalism and compassion.
Thank you very for your excellence and thorough investigations. Thank you for listening. You are are a kind doctor who clearly cares about her patients.
I would also like to thank the Receptionist who helped me get a same day appointment.
Highly recommended.
