The Doctors listed on the website - with the exception of one, have all left the surgery!! This listing is inappropriate, the Doctors listed all left the surgery approx 2-3 years ago. | ||||||

Very difficult to get through on phone, then when you do you cannot get to see a doctor very easily. They are either not available for an appointment or are not in surgery or are on holiday!!! or have left - no locums seem to stay. The surger never seem to have a full complement of doctors available. I have been told on numerous occasions to call back next day at 8.30am or after 12 noon to book an appointment - after being told there was nobody available that day!, I wonder if ever there will be anyone available for an appointment?? I need to see a doctor after being discharged after a major operation in St Thomas's to alter some medication and possible further investigation as requested by St Thomas's hospital - but I cannot be given an appointment without having to call every day to see if and when there are any doctors in the surgery!!! It is no use trying to book an appointment online as this system is not in use - whatever time,date, day, you try to book, nothing is ever available. I tried today 28th May 2019 to book an appointment - no doctors are in - "try again tomorrow at 8.30am" I was told.I am sorry to say that this surgery is definitely going downhill, nobody seems to care about patients any longer. I have tried telephone consultations - to be told all consultations via phone are "gone or there is nobody here to take the calls". It is very frustrating, just trying to see or speak to anyone at the surgery. I understand the amount of patients trying to get an appointment must be high, but mostly patients do not require an appointment if it is not necessary. I suppose eventually if I continually keep phoning - I will get an appointment, good job I am not holding my breath!!!! Very disappointed with service at this surgery. | ||||||

We transferred to this doctors a couple of years ago and it was the best thing I ever done. It is alway brilliant service. I can always get an appointment and the staff are always very friendly especially Hazel on reception. I would recommend to anyone friends or family. | ||||||
