    Couldn't get a appointment last week 13/09 tried today 21/09 for next week 7 days later ! No chance offered call back on that day by a doctor wished I could sort people's cars out by calling them back even though I would need to look at it! Can't understand why I work hard to pay taxes and insurance and can't even get to make a appointment when I need it to see a doctor what a joke

    To ensure that GP resources are allocated appropriately the practice offers a call back from a doctor in the mornings for those patients requesting an appointment that day. Following a brief discussion over the telephone the doctor allocates an appointment based on clinical need. On the day appointments were available on both of these days and in fact not all of them were taken so it is disappointing that we were unable to help on this occasion. Unlike cars, patients can communicate their concerns briefly with an experienced GP who can sometimes support patients without the need or inconvenience of coming into the surgery and those that need to be seen are allocated an emergency appointment. Staff at the practice continue to work extremely hard to provide the best possible services to our registered patient with the resources that are allocated and we are sorry when this does not meet the expectations of some of our patients.

    Attended the surgery to discuss my depression with a doctor. Was made to feel like Depression is all just made up and after he clearly hadnt even bothered to read my medical history, I was asked if I had reported this before (Ive been on medication for Depression/Anxiety for 20 years). After proceeding to go through the complaints procedure and emailing the Practice Manager 3 times, the first being over 2 weeks ago there has still been no reply to my complaint. If you suffer from Depression or Anxiety its probably best NOT to go to this surgery and deffinitely NOT that GP!!! Safe to say, having Depression and Anxiety is bad enough without having to deal with that!!

    The practice has audited its email account and there have been no complaints received during this period or the two weeks pervious so we can only apologise and ask this patients to contact the surgery and confirm the practice email address . All complaints are acknowledged with 7 days and responded to with 21 day in line with NHS guidelines.

    My wife was taken to hospital in London today. With blood in her urine. She was diagnosed with a water infection and was give fluid and antibiotics through a drip. She was later discharged and told to see her GP in a few days to confirm things were well.. When we got home I went to our GP to arrange an appointment for Thursday or Friday. I was told there were no appointments at Higham or Cliffe until Monday evening. This seems ridiculous your told by a doctor to see your GP and can't get an appointment.
