I arrived today to collect my prescription to find a note on the door saying closed due to unforseen circumstances.
Changes to opening times need to be emailed/texted to all patients so we are aware before we arrive at the surgery. Facebook? Instagram?

From no one picking up the phone to no one having a clue! From no repeat prescription to no appointment times for weeks! To no referral being done to locums locums locums.
Where did that Saturday opening go? Oh- as soon as the Pharmacy planning application was turned down- there went your extended hours- what a shock!
Needs a lot of improvement, but doesn't need to bother as has a large catchment area and is oversubscribed. | ||||||

I have been to this surgery several times of late and have found everyone to be helpful, engaging and hard working. This includes the reception staff who always seem to have a smile on their face, the nurse and the doctors themselves. The last few times I have seen one particular doctor who made every effort to help and ensure I understood my options for treatment. I cannot fault them and wish to thank all the staff for their dedication and hard work. | ||||||
