Unfortunately in the bad experience format I was not able to leave a review. On 16th July I was basically left waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment time even though it was only the 2nd appointment of the morning surgery. When I queried this with the receptionist (after 15 minutes being late) I was told 'oh the doctor is always late'. So unprofessional and unacceptable, we all have things to do. However, your appointment was with the dermatologist and the scheduling of clinics and booking of appointments is done by West Kent Dermatology - we are simply the venue at which the clinics are held. When you queried with our receptionist the fact that another patient had been called in before you she tells me you were advised that you were the third patient on the list, that the doctor was running slightly late but that she did not know why, and that you would be the next patient to be called. Unfortunately you left the surgery without advising the receptionist and so your appointment was missed. We apologise if you misunderstood our receptionist's explanation, which was not intended to be a flippant comment, and we hope that you appreciate that doctors' clinics do not always run as planned - no matter how early in the day's schedule. We have passed on your comments to West Kent Dermatology and you should contact them about the scheduling of appointments. | ||||||

We are very lucky to have such a caring surgery.
We have been with the surgery for over ten years and in that time they have really gone the extra mile in times of emergency, particularly with our children. | ||||||

I have experiences wonderful care and support from all the doctors and staff of this great practice.
