Before covid they were good. Now they are absolutely awful, hide behind covid red tape and get annoyed when you challenge it. 18 months and not been seen once out of 4 or 5 calls, one was after a serious car accident. Terrible GP's and the reception staff have gradually got worse over the same period. Steer clear and choose another GP | ||||||

The doctors surgery is old and scrubby. Hasn't been updated in years. You have to ring at 8.30 to get an appointment for that day and cant ring in advance? Receptionists have very very limited knowledge other than booking in appointments, so not much use when asking about blood tests/smears/pharmacy etc. Not very good at data protection either as they shout your contact number back to you when clearly everyone in the surgery can hear the. Normally quite rude. Never see the same doctors, always random people. Been waiting around 4 weeks for my phsyio referral now after having already waited over 10 weeks for the MRI scan. Really do not recomend this place at all | ||||||

The service has gone down hill. The attitude of the receptionist is appalling especially Louise the practice manager. There is no empathy they all have dad attitude. Its like you are an inconvenience.. Where is the empathy crucial to people working in care I have been with this practice for 26. The best doctors have gone. Dr Agarwsl. Dr Ray senior and junior. Dr Shahi. Dr Oliver fakoluji. All gone and the great nurses. I appreciate everyone under pressure. No need to ge rude all the people in this surgery have attitude. Gone right down hill. Best receptionist. Katie and Des. They are amazing | ||||||
