Terrible customer service , waited at reception window for 2 minutes . Had eye contact with 3 different people sitting on computer in reception but no one acknowledge my presence. Have to press buzzer , than also had eye contact with same people but still i was ignored. Was spoken to after minute but not helpful at all. Why you advertise open till 6:30 pm when cant give me appointment after 5 pm with doctor. Apparantely ,told Dr dont stay till 5 pm. If you join queue in the morning than after 4 appointment ,all appointments has gone. If you phone to book appointment than lucky to be get through till 8:45 and than you get told all appointments gone and Ring tomorrow . Why they can give advance appointment? When surgery is open till 6:30 pm than why cant get appointment after 5pm? |

I am waiting to hear back from the practice manager with the outcome of a partners meeting where she was going to raise my letter of complaint. It took two weeks to even get an acknowledgement of my letter and where I was left without blood pressure tablets for two weeks as impossible to get a drs appointment and they refused to give me tablets without seeing me despite the fact I been on them nearly 11years. Would not recommend to anyone. |

I have been a patient for just over 2 years since returning from an extended stay in another country. I cant believe the GP service in this country has gotten so bad. I had my medications increased for anxiety and depression by one doctor then had the increase stopped by another doctor the following month without even being informed. This led to a longer time off work than was necessary which has of course put me in debt and I am still trying to get head back up above water. My son had a bad reaction to an antibiotic that they prescribed and as a replacement they prescribed exactly the same one!!! I now have to take the entire day off work whenever I need to speak to a doctor and with numerous ongoing conditions, this is a regular occurrence. When you call for an appointment now you are told that the doctor will call you back. They won't give you any idea of time at all. Since I work in a call centre and am constantly on the phone to customers I am unable to answer the doctors call when it comes. If I at least had a half hour window then my manager would let me off the phone for that period of time. As it is now I have the option to either take a whole day off work or not talk to a doctor and get more ill. When you say all this to the receptionists they don't have even the slightest bit of compassion or concern. All im asking for is what we used to be able to get, which is an appointment time. For someone that works full time its a very basic necessity. Im very annoyed that no one seems to care at all. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone! |
