It not unusual to be waiting on the phone for over half an hour waiting to book an appointment and then be told there isnt any.
I have a condition that requires me to take painkillers witch the doctors was fine with for the first few months but now I am told i cant have any painkillers and just do my physio.
I have been with the surgery for a little while now but now I am currently looking for another one.
The good points are the reception staff are really nice and helpful. | ||||||

To put it simply, I'm here thanks to this surgery. There response time is excellent and they simply go out of their way to help. Having gone out of hospital I was seeing the doctor the same day to make sure i was ok, and that doesn't mention the care before, to make sure it was the correct treatment, and subsequent treatments. Thank you. | ||||||

I went to this surgery for the first time for a HGV medical. From the moment I entered the reception the staff were very welcoming & friendly.I was seen right on time. Doctor was very polite & friendly. First class service.thankyou. | ||||||
