Very nice reception staff and doctors. Have had a couple of instances of appointments getting mixed up but always sorted quickly.
It is tricky to get an appointment early morning or late afternoon... struggle to find a decent time for routine unless booked at least a month in advance |

I'm a new patient - I registered just a week ago and want to say thank you for such professional, kind and friendly service.
I can see that everyone is under pressure and yet you still have time to smile and be helpful - that was my entire experience from reception through to doctor.
Very impressive. Very reassuring. Thank you. |

I have been a patient at this surgery for 20 years and I have nothing but praise for all the staff - doctors, nurses, receptionists and back office staff. I suffer from a major health issue and try not to bother the surgery unless I have to, as I appreciate how under pressure our health services are. As a consequence, when I do contact them, they know I need their support. The receptionists have always been polite, respectful and helpful towards me. The back office staff have always contacted me when required. I don't always see my doctor, which is not an issue as they are all good doctors, but my doctor is unbelievably supportive and puts herself out for me and always does what she says she will. I am very thankful for the help and support I receive from my surgery. |
