Very rude and don't care set of receptionist. Make a judgement of your condition and decide if you can see a doctor or not. This particular receptionist would not empathise with you. Where you challenge them, the rudeness comes out more and I feel they leave a note on your record |

At the movement you can not get a answer on the phone I have been trying for months my husband has not been well for over 18 month can’t get to see any one talk to any one I think this is bad not getting any better Mrs wray about time you pulled your socks up up there my husband hardly goes to see the doctor and when he is not well it dose not help please wake up can’t take muck more has he is in so much pain do not like swing like those very upsetting pat wray |

It’s one of the horrible Gp practices! Never get help when urgent needed. Never recommend to anyone . |
