After receiving a telephone call on Monday 27th about my the results of my blood test I was given an appointment for Tuesday PM. I waited five hours for a telephone conversation from 01:30 to 17.30 to discuss my medication needs. I phoned the surgery at 17.00 to ask if the consultation would still take place and was informed that I was next on the list, the conversation did not materialise. I waited five and a half hours to no avail, no apology and no further definite appointment this is a sad state and very poor patient service. I will now have to visit the surgery to find out when I have to book my next five hour time wasting appointment to have my medication need updated. From a very upset patient |

Unable to get through on the appointment line, it just rings and then cuts off without any wait or queue. The other option on the phone remains unanswered. It has been like this since 08:00 and the time now is 09:15! The clinical staff have always been excellent when I have seen them, it’s just so difficult getting an actual appointment. |
