I really think this place needs investigating. Had to ring 5 times across one day and nobody even bothered to answer the phone - how is this possible? Prescribing the wrong dose of tablets all the time for people then blaming the pharmacy. One lady even had her epilepsy medication messed up which is so dangerous. This place is a laughing stock to the pharmacies I've been in so you know it's in a bad way! The only way to access a doctor is through email but you go to send the email at 8am and it says sorry its all full. Each time I go in to reception there is maybe one person in the waiting room. | ||||||

Answering the phone would be a good start! Awful service... NOT HAPPY!!! 5 calls and still no one bothers to pick up and this is during office hours... Shocking!!!! | ||||||

I had a very bad chest three weeks ago. I thought of not contacting the doctor first as they are very busy. I bought a bottle of cough mixture to help get rid of the mucus on my chest. After a week I went to the chemist to get some advice and said to contact my GP as it sounds like I got an infection. So on Monday 9th May 22 I walked to my GP and said the pharmacy told me to see my doctor about my possible chest infection an I had a call from the doctor that morning and prescribed antibiotics. He said to take these three times a day, and if you are not feeling well in about three days please call back. I was still very unwell and called back on Thursday 13th May 22, and spoke with the receptionist and they were very polite and said they would get a doctor to call back today and a doctor called me and spoke with me and I was put on a different lot of antibiotics there and then and the doctor said to come in at 9am on Friday 13th May 22. I am also on steroids to treat my infection and I have to use a puffer if and when I need it and I do need it know and then I am still suffering with my chest. I honestly think the way people are seen know is the best way as there has always been to many ill and not so ill people in waiting rooms. And that’s were all the Jerms are spread very easily. Ps Keep up the good work Eastney health centre. | ||||||
