Although I have no problems with the care myself and family receive from all the staff at Kirklands I do however think they should review there answer phone system. After being on hold for 1hr and 10 mins, and repeatedly being asked to hold the line and my call would be answered, I eventually got to the top of the call list and was promptly cut off being told that the appointment line was now closed, so why was I kept on hold why was I told to hold the line and why was I told my call would be answered???? This is an extremely bad and frustrating system. |

This isn't my surgery( although wish it was) they are professional and really helpful when we have contacted them regarding my relative who is a pt Thank you is all we as relatives can say |

Misdiagnosed and ended up in hospital. When they do answer the phone they say to call back and after being on hold for a long time they then haven’t done anything and ask me to call back again. Going to find a new surgery asap. |
