Tried to book a face to face appointment with any gp following an A&E referral from QA Hospital. I don't do the internet which is the way this practice is going - they don't want to see sick people in person. Its like a fireman trying to put out a fire at a doctors house from a mile away. I couldn't get a face to face as there are no appointments available and was told to ring back at the end of the week to see if there were any added but i could have an e consult tomorrow. God help our seniors as Lake Road doesn't prioritise people who are not online. |

We have been with this surgery for over 20 years and we’re part of John pounds . The service and care is excellent . My partner had a quadruple bypass I cannot express the support we received . Every single doctor has been nothing more than supportive kind and reactive to many serious events . The Practitioner nurse has helped both myself and my partner and has been again amazing . The Reception team are constantly challenged a true example of a fantastic practice . |

Can never get an appointment , even though the govt have told doctors to see patients again. Cant even get a phone consultation because 'slots' arent being made available for a other 2 days! What the heck? Been told by NHS physio I need to see a specialist urgently, yet still the receptionists refuse access to the doctors. Unbelievable and unacceptable. |
