I am very happy with the treatment I receive with the diabetic clinic, my doctor is Dr Hinton, Ive only seen her once and she called me by the wrong name, I have had no confidence in her since, I managed to avoid her on my next visit, I had no choice in her being my GP, if it wasnt for the diabetic nurses I would have changed medical centre long ago. | ||||||

While most people struggle to get an appointment with A GP, our surgery has the walk in urgent care clinic twice a day so you can be seen. My husband has used the online consultation and service was excellent. My mum has had to call out a GP and again the service was good. I have seen several GPs over time and they are really caring. My current GP is excellent, reliable and caring. Reception staff also helpful. Wouldnâ??t change doctors for the world. | ||||||

This was a locum but while he was thorough in his questioning he was not very personable, just asked questions looking at screen, no eye contact or smile/ empathy. Also reading file as we spoke but did not explain what he was reading and also told me things hadnt happened that had because he couldnt find it. | ||||||
