Good doctors and nurses. Some rude receptionists. Hard to get appointments a lot of the time. |

Receptionists are very unhelpful. Can't book an appointment to see a doctor when you need to actually see a doctor and one receptionist in particular is very rude and condescending. It was a struggle to get an appointment before Covid and lockdown, impossible now that restrictions have been lifted. They are still doing phone consultations. Better off going private instead |

Medical staff are good, but Reception is appalling. I've heard them chatting when sitting in the waiting room while the phones ring. I'm writing this now while holding on for someone to speak to about my elderly mother, and been first in the queue for 10 minutes. They're chatting away happily I guess. God help anyone who needs urgent care, or is desperately seeking help. I've no idea why these staff are still there, they do not perform the role they were employed to do and people suffer as a result, which doesn't seem to bother them at all. Head receptionist sets the tone for everyone else, even those who try to do a good job. I'm still on the line, btw. Good luck. Register somewhere else if you want to get through to someone when you need them. |
