10/08/23 I call in the morning the lady receptionist was very helpful sorted my request about my daughter straight away ,i been to the doctor ?????,very professional and caring about his patients ,very carefully reviewed my daughter 2 years and 10 months ,quickly prescribed medication what she need’s to take ,am very impressed and pleased to say I’m happy with their approach about patients and you can see the doing proper job i hope more doctors and receptionist need to take example about their professionalism.Thanks so much for your support and hard work .I give excellent for today ,because yesterday when i call to sorted me out the receptionist was brilliant Monica ! Nurse she wasn’t so interested about what i said ,she said to record my daughter and come back ,i was really upset and disappointed.…But today i was having 5 star service . | ||||||

I cannot understand how this surgery has a two star rating, it should be minus five. I have never come acoss such a badly run surgery and the attuide of the receptionists, they are extreamly rude, that's an underestimate of their attuide. There are time when they is no doctor on duty all day, so when you ring up for an appointment you are told the appointments are fully booked, they would tell you they haven't any doctors in. When you get a telephone call from two particual doctors you cannot understand them, their english lanuage is very poor. On many occacions they do not understand what it is you are asking them, they don't have a clue, I've been told I haven't what I thought I had, but I did have what I thought I had. This surgery is the worst surgery ever, I cannot understand how it's allowed to stay open and treat people, it's a total shambles, I woldn't take my sick dog and cat to that surgery. There are hubndreds of complaints, but nothing is ever done about it. You would be better off seeing a witch doctor | ||||||

I received a telephone call from a gp regarding blood tests that I had last Monday the lovely nurse told me last week when she took my bloods that if I had heard nothing then I should call on the following Monday I did this and the lovely receptionist told me that a doctor would look at them and call me today (Wednesday) the doctor did call and she was very pleasant however I have other issues I have had continuous chest infections since last September 2021 and this infection has lasted so far for 6 weeks a doctor did prescribe a inhaler and the nice doctor I spoke to today prescribed an additional help inhaler and recommended a new chest X-ray I am also waiting for a pulmonary test because I struggle to breathe, I had to give up work because of anxiety and stress I worked front line through the pandemic was vulnerable because I had spent in 2019 3 weeks in hospital with type A flu pneumonia and a plural rub I have had problems with breathing since,the doctor then told me that she was too busy too look at my blood results so they have not been checked and she was to busy to check my fit note which I desperately need to get my universal credits I’m gutted I just want to know what’s wrong, I have sent a email to the this morning programme also will contact my local mp my screen was in front of her however she had no time to click on my file my thoughts are dark I’ve had enough | ||||||
