I was very happy with the following member of staff (Catherine madigan) very friendly, bubbly, helpful and really put me at ease. Catherine is an asset to weavers medical. Well done keep up the good work |

You spend over an hour on hold as next to be answered Receptionist thinks she has a right to speak to you like she’s stepped in dog mess Doctor can’t even log details correctly and recommends you take more medication than is allowed by the legal dose ie overdose |

I haven’t always been complimentary about the service Weavers Medical provide as in the past, pre-Covid, it’s been difficult to get an appointment within about 6 weeks. However, in the past 10 days I have filled in an online consult form and had a callback from a nurse and antibiotics prescribed same day and I have also booked a telephone consultant with a very thorough doctor within a week who not only called me on time, but took time to listen to my issues and help me accordingly. Credit where credit is due, GPs are doing the best they can under difficult Covid conditions and it seems to me that the service has improved greatly through the use of online consultation and telephone consults - much better than trying to get a face to face appointment previously. Keep up the good work Weavers, you have restored my faith in your practice. Just don’t go backwards! |
