The doctors at this practice are exceptional in their dedication and care of their patients. Even the reception staff and dispensing staff are always helpful and caring - always remember who people are and it makes for such a calm and friendly atmosphere at the surgery. No matter what is worrying you, I always feel reassured that I will be listened to here and treated with knowledge and dignity. This goes for children too. The doctors will happily look things up in front of you or seek a second opinion in order to give the best care.its a big bonus to living in the area to have this gp surgery. | ||||||

I have been a patient for 25 years and this surgery is excellent. Small friendly but very efficient. I always feel that I'm a partner in my treatment. We are very lucky to have this practise. | ||||||

I was a patient of this practice for 13 years and have the highest respect for the 2 doctors and their staff and for the environment they have created. This is even greater now I have had personal experience of what many now face elsewhere in the NHS!
As indicated by the star ratings above, the doctors and their staff provide an outstanding service to their patients and community. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and great care is taken to understand the problem and to address it.
The doctors are clear about what they propose having listened carefully to what is being said and in my experience their solution seems logical and is followed through. They are both highly personable individuals who clearly care about their patients.
Where the principals lead their colleagues follow and the surgery is welcoming and efficient. | ||||||
