I visited the surgery on Monday morning for a blood test, it was early. I arrived to find a queue at the self check in so i thought i would check in at the desk well you can imagine my surprise to see the reception desk empty, i pressed the button and it was awhile before somebody turned up.I could hear them having a discussion in the rear,not about work, there was no apology for being kept waiting. This is not the first time and assume it wont be the last! |

Not too long ago I moved to this practice when I moved into the area. My previous surgery had a lot to live up to and this team has far exceeded my expectations. from my first contact at the receptionist through to the Doctors/nurses. The care consideration and general attitude is one of care and compassion. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. A couple of minor issues is the current lack of the ability to leave a message via the "Patient On-line" system - their preferred web contact system rather any papers must be physically handed in to the surgery. or keep trying to get through via the very busy telephone system. |
