I have been a patient at Norton Brook Surgery for the past thirty years and in all that time have never ever felt I have been ignored or let down. I have always been treated with the greatest respect, and when necessary the urgency my condition has deserved. My
Dr. Of 27 years retired 18 months ago, and my new Dr. Has carried on where my old one left off. I feel so lucky to have found myself in that situation. The receptionists have always been most helpful. Thank you all. |

Wouldn't give appointment to see the doctor to get pain relief for serious tooth pain. the dentist had said to contact g.p to get pain relief till the appointment. as no appointments for 7 days. |

Thank you so much to the receptionist who contacted the Doctor and arranged for some emergency pain killers in a hurry for me this evening, I did appreciate it, we are all quite keen to criticise but you said you would do your best and you did thank you again I did appreciate it very much, here's to a pain free night. |
