I have been with th the practice for 25+ years. It just goes from strength to strength in the safe hands of our current husband and wife GPs. Their aim is to deliver family based medicine a d that is exactly what me and my husband receive. It is a pleasure to go into the surgery as all of the staff are friendly, and totally patient focussed. This is The norm, lovely people who truly care. The data presented here does not tell the whole story there are many factors, namely patient choice to either engage of not in your own and children's lifelong healthcare. Then there's the pandemic, having to work above and beyond with daily changes of what they can, can't and must do. So please be kind, we are very very lucky here in Hartland. |

I usually get very professional treatment from the doctors at this practice who I have been with for over 70 years but recently. I have had some serious health problems winch were not addressed this has caused me severe problems which in my opinion of treated could have been avoided. But other wise I have nothing but praise for my treatment in the past . |
