the Doctors are great, some reception staff are ok.
BUT THE PHARMACIST’S....
NOT HELPFUL
TOO INTRUSIVE
NOT COMPASSIONATE
MAKE THINGS DIFFICULT
AND FOR A WOMEN THAT FINDS IT DIFFICULT TO COLLECT HER AND HER DISABLED CHILDS MEDICATION, THEY REALLY DONT CARE.
ELECRONIC PRESCRIPTION MEANS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WALK OUT OF GHE DRS AND GO AND GET MY MEDS FROM ANYWHERE ie TESCOS!!!
WELL I CANT. THAT COUPLED WITH EXEMPTION EVIDENCE BEING ASKED FOR EVERYTIME.
I WAS TOLD EVERY PERSON IS IN THE SAME BOAT.
I spoke to the prescription exemption team and they have said the pharmacy just sign to say the have not seen proof and it is then checked against ur national insurance
number.
NOBODY SHOULD BE DENIED THE RIGHT TO THEIR MEDS BECAUSE THEY CANT SHOW PROOF.
As a result I am moving surgery!
It upsets me that’s these ‘things’ stop people getting the proper medical care we need.
Non qualified medicine box tickers.
Sorry Staunton surgery ur pharmacy is far to old fashioned for me.
U need to get an Apple Mac???
Have u even heard of pharmacy2u. |

After 25 years with my Devon GP and having enjoyed excellent care; the move to a new go is always a concern: I have been registered for two years and have always found the practice efficient and helpful:: access to see my preferred GP has always been pretty good and although sometimes there has been a wait for an appointment it
Is never too long:
This is more a reflection of the GP shortage than the practice:
I have always felt I am given adequate consultation time and treated with respect and with good humour; always a good thing:
I am very pleased with my local surgery who work hard : |
