My experiences of trying to get bloodwork done through this surgery is that they're really bad for anyone with mental health concerns and can't wear a mask because of disability, but instead insist on everyone to wear a mask, whether have an exemption or not. This is in stark contrast to the Cleeveland Medical Centre who have no such policy in place in regards to masks and can take bloods regardless of whether the patient wears a mask or is exempt from such. |

Would complain about the service but there isn't any! Rude receptionists, lazy GP who cannot be bothered to address an enquiry properly. Complaints are handled by Dr Whybrew and not the Practice Manager! Poor decision! Your time is better spent on patients. |
