I began having a really bad neck pain with the pain travelling up the side of my head this was christmas day 2020 i phonned continually waiting you are 38 when they do answer no appointments after i eventually had a phone call thinking it was a doctor it wasnt after about 3 months I saw gp who arranged for a mri scan which j had and waited for results nkne came rang and rang then I went and knocked in the door standing in the pouring rain to be told i had had a letter which I had not ti be told my back was a real mess by this time my neck was so bad i had to sleep sitting up which resulted in a terrible bed sore eventually saw a nurse how you need to see a dr left me on a bed with no lower clothes on for 35 minutes to be told that everyone had gone home so go to the chemist bext doit and buy some dressjngs i saw a lovely nurse at malislee who treated me for 3 weeks still waiting to see a doctor but whats the point I would like to ask why are all the doctors are open except Teldoc when do we expect to be treated like people | ||||||

Rang the surgery mid morning and was given an appointment for 3 .40 in the afternoon. I saw a nurse practitioner who called in a doctor for a second opinion. The care and service I received was second to none and I cannot praise them enough. | ||||||

Just a joke can't book an appointment even if you go to the surgery just told we don't book appointments That's like going to book shop to be told we don't sell books Impossible to call in the morning I guess they just want people to get so Ill they have to go to A and E saves them having to bother It is a total disgrace I would b ashamed to even work there | ||||||
