I rang on the 1st August because I have a water infection and it wasn't getting any better , so I rang hoping I could get help as it was getting painful , at first I was told to rush a urine sample to GPs so they could sent it off to the laboratory , so I did that , then later one of the nurses rang me and said they had tested it there and there was an infection but needed to sent it to the laboratory to find which antibiotics to use , rang back today and results not back so still suffering with pain and discomfort, I was told they won't call me back if there no action to take but I know I have urine infection because they told me on phone , I'm wondering will they ever get in touch and give me the treatment I need I'm suffering not getting sleep because I'm up in the night 4 times in pain and having to wee alot , I have had this problem for a week now don't know who to turn to. |

Because they still haven't managed to create a decent phone answering service - despite years of people telling them how dreadful and unacceptable it is - I was charged £3.29 trying to get through to them last week and that was landline. They should be made to refund patients as we are paying for their ineptitude. Before you decide to hang on ad infinitum before they get around to answering you, just be aware of how much it is costing! |

Good luck trying to get an appointment here,awful medical practice and unhelpful staff,go to A&E is their response to no appointments.I am now moving to another Medical Centre. |
