    I had been having problems with getting my prescription and the receptionist helped me sort it the same day. I am so grateful.

    I have spent four hours of my life trying to get through to someone to make an appointment on 4 different days and given up, sick of hearing your call is very important to us and not actually getting through to anyone. No's called 03300536456 and 01952 620077. Sorry to say this but unacceptable.

    Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulty in accessing the service. Due to increasing demand on the service we have recruited 6 new call handler starting in the next 2 weeks and we envisage that once these call handlers are fully trained we will see a vast improvement in the call waiting time.
