Rude staff. Not helpful. Waited all day for a call back, when they finally called the phone rang once and they put the phone down on me. Had to go down to the practice to speak to someone as no one answers the phone. Reception staff very rude. This has happened on several occasions. Finally got an appointment but waited 45mins to see doctor. While I was there an elderly man was 5mins late for his appointment and was told he wouldn't be seen as he'd missed his slot but the doctors were running an hour late! And an elderly lady had waited an hour for a doctor to be told they'd decided to go home because they'd done their hours. No care or compassion from any staff. |

Try to make appointment on phone HR half finally spoke to someone to me told would be sent a link . could not use as it had crashed phone 111 told to go walk on centre at new cross .had to leave work and sat at new cross walk in for 4 hrs they sent email to my doctor's .Fri I rang doctors number 1 in caller waited 30 min was told doctor ring me back after 4 as that when I finish work .no call from doctor I rang again next day 70min wait this time to be told got do link .link as slot times but I work full time so this impossible as I only get 30 min dinner break ?? |

Please can you do something about the speaker/microphone to speak to the receptionist, having to shout out personal details in front of the waiting room is embarrassing and unpleasant, I thought there were rules about patient confidentiality, please address this matter as I can’t be the only person dreading to speak to the receptionist at breewood |
