I have had many argument over getting a appointment when working ,as the system is only good for unemployed and retired ,
i do get the impression the receptionists are short and self important but saying that they do have a hard job
Best thing at the practice were the doctors all by one , i always asked to see one doctor who was amazing very helpful and understanding if i had a daughter i would have been proud if she was like this doctor ,with out her help i would not have got this far guided me to the right places for help ,and will always be grateful
If you need to see a nurse one of them is the best nurse i have seen very Excellent at her job
I had to leave the practice due to moving out the area and the only regret was i had to leave the surgery | ||||||

It's virtually impossible to get an appointment! I have tried countless times when I have needed to see a doctor, tried ringing to book an appointment in advance, and after finally getting through to the reception, I am always told that there are no appointments available and I will have to ring first thing on that particular morning to try and get an appointment! Ringing when they open is ridiculous, it's always taken me at least 10 to 15 minutes to get through, and by that point, all available appointments have already gone! Going in to the practice itself seems to be the best way to get yourself see, which is easier said than done when you work. The reception staff aren't particularly helpful and have always been quite short and abrupt on the phone. I will say, every doctor I have seen has always been so friendly and professional and have all given me so much information and help about medication that I have been prescribed. It's just a shame that it takes so long to be seen by them! | ||||||

Hard to get an appointment here. Generally no bookable appointments and you have to ring on the day. Call at 8am and you will have to press twirl for the 5 mins before you speak to some one. Very off putting experience and left me wanting to give up. | ||||||
