Never had a problem getting an appointment with either a GP or the Pharmacist. Always treated professionally, courtesy and issues addressed. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough. | ||||||

The receptionists, nurses and Drs are all very kind and helpful, they listen to what you tell them! The reception team do ask if they can take a brief description for your visit, (you do not have to tell the reception team if you don't want to) I did find this a bit of an intrusion into my privacy to start with but was signposted to the appropriate clinician and I was seen by the in house Pharmacist, who I must say is fabulous and knowledgeable, therefore a Drs appointment was freed up for a more urgent case. The surgery offers a morning triage system where a Dr will call you back and book a same day appointment if required. The practice offers good online services where I can order my repeat prescriptions and book Drs appointments at a time thst suits me. Thank you to all the staff at Lakeside, keep up the good work. | ||||||

Never had problem getting immediate appointment, staff, nurses and doctors always polite and respectful.
I was a little concerned that there wasn't a male GP but they made me feel totally at easy.
