I would like to say a Big thank you to the Practice Nurse at Taymar Medical Centre for all the medical care & attention she has given me over the recent weeks. She truly is first class in her role as a nurse & as a person. | ||||||

I have be a patient at Tamar Medical Centre for over 30 years and I can honestly say that the standard of care is exceptional. I am always able to get an appointment on the same day when I call early in the morning and, if it is urgent, the very friendly and helpful Receptionist will try to accommodate me or my children. Every doctor shows compassion and understanding and has a great knowledge that allows patients to feel reassured. The surgery manager is fantastic and clearly has an excellent working knowledge of every patient on the books.
My daughter has been poorly over the last 10 days and, on every visit to the surgery, we have been made to feel like nothing is too much trouble and that her health is the only important issue in that moment. All of the staff are very sensitive to the needs of all of the patients and provide a fantastic service whether you are an adult or a child.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the service provided at Tamar Medical Centre - I would recommend the surgery to anybody. | ||||||

Just a quick note to say thank you for your quick decision in recognising that I needed to have urgent, unplanned surgery. Your effective analysis and diagnosis of the situation prevented further deterioration in my heath.
The personal attention and kindness shown by you, after the failings of A&E at The Royal Wolverhampton Hospital guided you to take personal responsibility by contacting an MRI Consultant at the hospital directly and explaining it was imperative a scan be organised for the same day. Your persistence enabled my immediate admission to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham (post-scan) and having rarely been ill or even hospitalised (besides the birth of my daughter), you appreciated it was a difficult time for me due to my concerns and fears about surgery.
I will always be grateful to you for your expeditious conduct in my crucial admission to the QE for surgery and hospitalization, all of which were facilitated by you.
Thanks to you, I am recovering well and owe my recuperation to your ability to understand patients are not merely numbers as you displayed compassion for the human element. I appreciate your actions were not just recognition of your professional expertise (which is unquestionable) but also a perception of your ability to listen, diagnose, care and heal. I can vouch for the fact that your proficiencies are consummate.
