I have previously had a few problems with the surgery (when I first started) and then again recently regarding my blood results. This has now been resolved and was not the fault of the lady I deal with on the front desk which is who I would like to talk about today. I would like to say what a credit to the team the lady (who's name I cant mention) is and like many other patients I'm sure, has been very supportive and makes sure I get my meds on time. Suffering from anxiety as I do I can’t tell you how re-assuring this and I would like to extend my thanks for her help, efficiency and understanding over the last few months. I know I can be a pain.!!! If like me before I moved to Trinity anyone is having a problem with staff at their surgery not really being bothered to help (and of course you live in the area) I’d recommend Trinity surgery for this reason and also importantly my doctor is also very good. So thanks again for your help.!!!’ |

Trinity Surgery comprises at least 2 locations.
When I booked an appointment to see my Doctor via the much promoted Internet booking, I got an appointment to suit me. YAY. Except it had booked me in at the Wilnecote surgery (I didn't even know where that was at the time. I have since located it, purely by chance as my speech therapist holds her clinics there)
I duly arrived at my USUAL location (the one I'm registered at, Stonydelph) and used their magical self booking in system. It booked me as present). It did NOT alert me to the fact I was in the wrong place so I wasted my and the Doctors time. This was Strike 1.
Strike 2 happened today. I'm on Tramadol which cannot be sent as an electronic prescription. I ordered it from the surgery, only to find after much fuss and deliberate obfuscation, it had been printed at WILNECOTE!
So after a mad dash I finally got my script, but local pharmacies were shut so I've had to go to ASDA and get them to fill it. I was lucky that they had 4, so at least this maladministration hasn't resulted in a sleepless, pain filled night |
