Tried ringing today bang on 8am for an appointment, after 40mins I got through only to be told none available. Asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow only to be told no as I would have to ring tomorrow. I would probably go through the same procedure so had to ring 111. Have been with this centre since 1981 and can't believe how much it has deteriated. | ||||||

hopeless service can not be called from 8 am I call and the line is busy at 9 am I got through and no free apoitments swan medical center this is the worst GP I know I do not recommend | ||||||

I started calling from 8 o clock in the morning, try to book online they just give you the run around, it's an Horrendous service, I'm a NHS worker looking after very poorly patient, yet when one of us need to see/speak to a doctor the Basically tell you to get lost and staff are rude And this is The Swan medical centre that we're talking about. Swan medical centre isn't fit for purpose, The service they give or offer is non existence. | ||||||
