From comments when asking reception about an appointment the impression is that on-line booking is on a first come first serve basis rather that a triage based on medical condition, age and potentially dangerous symptoms. Reception staff always cordial: the numbers there seem low. Not the buzz there used to be before covid and the place seems virtually empty. Interesting to know how many patients a Apply and how many succeed getting daily appointments. | ||||||

How are you supposed to get an appt when you get onto the website for 8am to open appointments and it's already closed. Get told to expect a call from pharmacist and it doesn't happen. Not to mention not being told you have a medical condition until you get a message saying you have a review to book. | ||||||

How do I book late appointment as when I try book at 8am by the time it's 8.03 all appointments have gone and app is closed till next day | ||||||
