Joined this practice a few years ago. I was not completely convinced I made the right decision in changing doctors. However, in the last year I have seen a big improvement in the service at this surgery which is much better than the service at my previous doctors.
Appointments are often available and you are often seen at your appointment time, if not the wait time is very short.
Keep up the improvements! And thank you for all your help. | ||||||

Our family has been with the surgery for well over 25 years and the staff on the front desk especially the long serving staff are really friendly/caring and helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate us. And they have treated all our family with dignity and respect.
The old timer doctors are really good and have maintained good relationships with us/patients and have always tried to provide good in house care, along with referral to specialists if and when required. And they have looked after my children and parents very well. They are definitely very popular throughout their patients and are very busy in order to get an early booked appointment with them. | ||||||
