Sutton Coldfield Group Practice - Vesey

I am writing again about the poor service and the duty of care you are not providing your patients. I have been with the Vesey Practice before it moved to its current location on Holland Road so a very long time. Today I tried to book an appointment on line, no appointments, I then tried to book via telephone, took nearly an hour to answer, no appointments, so I went into the surgery, only to be told that I could not book an appointment, I was not looking to see (but you can't do that either) a doctor or speak with a doctor today, I would of booked for two weeks time, but again was told I can't as no appointments available due to a rota, I then asked to speak with Practice Manager, no shock there no one available. Where is your duty of care to your patients, my 94 year Mum, came to your surgery needing to speak with a doctor and was sent away, as it turned out she was eventually ok but to turn away someone that age is a disgrace. You take away our right to see a doctor in person but now you can't even book an appointment. Something very wrong with you system. I am sure I am not the only person with this complaint, you need to revise your practice.
