WORST DOCTORS EVER! AVOID! I was prescribed medication by the cardiologist at Birmingham Hospital as I was an outpatient there, the partner/gp decided to cancel my prescription without any notice leaving me short of medication. When she was asked about this she told me to go and get my prescription from the hospital. It’s an absolute shambles of a surgery, you can easily spend over 2 hours on the phone trying to get an appointment and when you do, they are very reluctant to help you, they just want to get you out of there as soon as possible. If you care about your health then I highly recommend finding a different gp |

I have had concerns in the past, not with the doctors, but exclusively with the management and organisation of this practice. Today I was unable to get an appointment either on line or through the telephone, which was at capacity and couldn't take any more calls, HOWEVER, I called in at 8.40am to make an appointment and was given one for 10.40am. My husband was seen exactly on time and the doctor was both very approachable and efficient. The receptionist was both friendly and also efficient and I was reassured that the practice is doing all it can to improve its organisation and face to face contact with patients. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service today. |

Been calling for over a year now for an appointment for my back pain. I keep getting prescribed painkillers that isn’t working. I’ve told them this but still nothing. Few days back when I went to the hand clinic for an ongoing issues I’m having, and randomly explained the pain I’ve been having on my back to the doctor he said to call my Gp and request for an urgent MRI. Im still at it trying to get in contact with em. The phone rings for ages and then sidle cuts and I’m back to square one. I genuinely think the nurses and doctors working here have lost their passion for the job and want less to none work. |
