Rubbish practice. Docs don't follow up on tests, when you contact them back regarding results they actually lie to you. They don't update medical records or get back to you when they say they will. 8 years chasing medical issue that's progressed to point my day to day life is awful and now affecting my heart. When bought up to doctor was told its all OK so had to demand he bought up test results done at there practice weeks earlier confirming it was far from OK. All they want to do is prescribe pain killers to try mask ailments rather than sort the cause. From super healthy to being an absolute wreck of a man. Iv actually given up, if it wasn't for my children and other family members I'd just dissappear. |

I have been with the surgery for a year, and every time I have been, I am always waiting over half an hour for my appointment. As someone who works full time this is a nightmare as I have to make my working hours up from the time I have been waiting to see the doctor. Also when I call for an appointment in the morning, I can never get through. There is no queuing system on the phone, so if you need an appointment, you have to keep constantly ringing instead of being out on hold. Apart from these issues, the doctors and staff here are friendly. Another thing for improvement is to have a radio or tv on in the waiting area. |
