Outstanding practice. Reception have a thankless task but at no time in 18 years with practice can I fault them. Whether face to face appointments or telephone they will do their very best get you seen. Always helpful cannot praise them enough. They are that good I was loathe to change despite moving out of the area. All doctors are good and reception are fantastic Marcia,Kim,Paula other 3 names escape me but they are all a huge credit to the team along with the nurses take bloods. See some negative reviews which I find incredible as yet have a negative experience in all this time. Thank you very much Karis Medical Centre Phil D Birmingham |

I have issues with my stomach by over one year and half and in all this time they haven’t been able to set an appointment to the hospital so I can find out exactly what’s wrong.Last time when I’ve called the doctor to prescribe me the medication (which I’m not sure why I’m taking it since nobody knows what’s wrong with me) he forgot to do it (and I’m sure that he forgot to make me an appointment to the hospital since 4 months already passed since I’ve asked him,again,to make me an appointment and I didn’t received any answer until )and I had to waste again the next day one hour at the queue on the phone and after waiting for so long a rude receptionist is answering being so disturbed that you are bothering her/him with your health issues,only to remind him that the FORGOT about my prescription.I’m more than disappointed and they are just playing with my health! Im not sure if it’s racism but they are doing everything in their power from the receptionist to the GP not to disturb them with your health issues!! |

This is an excellent practice. I have been a patient for over thirty years. The doctors are caring and thorough. I feel sorry for the receptionists. Some patients treat them like dirt. They are only trying to do a very difficult job. |
