Absolutely appalling I have been here all my life over 40 years the last 2 years it has been on a downward spiral Now the main nurse Anita sided with the new useless receptionist who by the way lost her job from the doctors down the road for her attitude when I went in to confront her for hanging the phone up on me. This is not a taxi rank it is a doctors so if you can’t do your job you had better have very good people skills and you have neither of them. | ||||||

Dreadful! Since being taken over by the CCG they have completely destroyed a once excellent surgery. I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy - You're better off seeing a vet! | ||||||

Since joining this practice 9 months ago I have seen a different GP every time, in spite of needing continuity and having a complex and urgent health case, because the doctor previously seen ha left the practice. The phone is usually engaged, appointments are rarely bookable even for 4 weeks time and I was informed that the practice no longer offers phone calls with a doctor. Operates on a needs only basis and every staff member seems stressed. Would not recommend. | ||||||
