Have been with this surgery for over 30 years. The receptionist are lovely. However the only female doctor Shula Duggal is not in the right profession. She is reluctant to help, does not listen and speaks over you advising there is nothing that can be done! She is the only female doctor and is not understanding at all! She clearly needs further training!! |

I have been joined with this practice for 7 years and honestly I must say it is the one most unprofessional practice ever in birmingham! You call them and they never have appointments always fully booked. Or booked for the week try again next week its the same thing over and over again. Ladys at reception have no manners for there patients expecially to those that hardly understand English. When you do probably get that one off appointment you sit and wait for the doctors while the receptionist gossip about other patients. Absolutely horrendous so guys save your time and go else where this practice really aint worth it. Still don't understand how it's still running -1 stars if I Could rate it that. |
