I was with this practice for over 50 years, then found it had gone downhill, so changed to balsall heath medical Center, can’t say one word about it only marvelous, |

Rang at 8am, recorded message which gives you the option of pressing 1 & receiving a call back. Someone rang me back about 20mins later & gave me an option of appointment times for a face to face appointment with a doctor. Excellent service, polite member of staff, very happy. |

Walked to practice to get a non urgent pre- bookable appointment after a hospital appointment- told they don’t have them anymore and to book on the day. Very poor service and extremely rude young man on reception |
