Khattak Memorial Surgery

Been a patient at this surgery for many years and have seen the standard of care drop there is a particular old staff member who’s at the front desk she is very rude to paitents and witnessed so many times her speaking to paitents in a abrupt and rude way when they have only asked for appointments Recently I had a appointment and 7paitents were squashed together in the front foyer outside in the cold with the elderly standing for over 20 mins waiting to be seen the receptionist was busy chatting and laughing inside and when someone raised a concern that there is no social distancing were all squashed and it’s dangerous due to the covid pandemic the receptionist shouted at the paitent for raising his concerns I felt very uncomfortable listening to a professional health care worker speaking to the paitent in a disgusting way with no empathy or being calm and professional I have never written any negative reviews before but what I witnessed today I had to let the public know as I felt very anxious and concerned I was squashed in a foyer with no social distancing and anyone of us standing could had been covid positive and the poor gentleman got humilated by this receptionist for raising a concern Otherwise I have had no issues with the GPS very good and helpful the new staff are very caring and helpful as well but feel this particular receptionist spoils the good hard work the rest of the proffesionals do at the khatack memorial surgery and would like to say thank you for everything they do I acknowledge they work hard and bend backwards to help shame one person let’s the whole team down

Dr's have pretty much always been good its gettng to the Dr which is the hard part. And bless the uneducated staff they've gt for the past 30 years +. It's funny how they don't read their reviews nor reflect upon their staff members attitude and tell us they have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Everyone has a zero TOLERANCE policy thnak u vr much we dnt like to get insulted from your staff who don't even have GCSE'S
